Meat Roll Pussy Palm Recipes

Ingredients :

150g minced chicken meat

3 long beans

3 fish meat sausages

2 large pieces Japanese dried seaweed

Marinade

1 egg white

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp water

Method :

Marinade the minced chicken meat for 20 minutes. Cut the ends of the long beans. Cook until half done. Cut into halves. Lay the dried seaweed flat. Spread half of the seaweed with minced chicken meat. Place 3 long beans on top. Then place the fish meat sausage on top of the long beans. Roll the whole thing up. Put into the microwave oven and cook over high heat for 3 minutes. Cut into sections. Serve.
