Method :
Cut broccoli
and cauliflower into small florets and rinse. Boil water, add oil, salt
and pepper, scald broccoli and cauliflower. Drain off water. Rinse
cherry tomatoes, set aside. Peel carrot and cut the top flat, so it can
stand upside down. Put carrot on microwave oven and cook for 2-3 minutes
and take out. Stick broccoli, cauliflower and cherry tomatoes onto the
carrot with toothpicks to form a tree. Mix crab roe and mayonnaise. Dip
vegetables into sauce when eating. Serve
immediately.
