Method :
Make shallow slashes on cocktail
sausages. Fry the sausages in wok with a little of oil. Scald the
broccoli in boiling water with salt. Cut the broccoli into small
florets, use toothpicks to stick it on the top of the sausages to make
them look like carrots. Serve immediately.
