Method :
Put the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, mirin, and water in a bowl
and stir until well mixed. Add the beef and continue to mix until it is
evenly coated. Stir-fry over high heat on a frying pan. Cook until brown
or to desired temperature.
