Ingredients :
4 pieces black cod fillet, 2x3-inch pieces
dash of salt and black pepper
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
vegetable oil
Sprinkle a dash of salt and black pepper on each piece of cod. Leave for 5 minutes. Coat the cod with flour and dip in the beaten egg. Put vegetable oil on a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook both sides of the cod until brown.
