Method :
Preparing the pork and kimchi - Add
olive oil on a heated frying pan, then add pork and stir-fry until fully
cooked (about 3 minutes). Add kimchi and stir-fry another three minutes.
Add garlic, black pepper, and scallion, and mix. Add sesame oil and
stir-fry another minute.
Preparing the tofu - Put tofu in a
small pot and add enough water to fully soak it. Boil for 3 minutes and
drain. Cut the tofu into 1-inch thick triangles.
Arrange the hot tofu, pork and kimchi on a
large serving plate.
Serves 2
The separate tastes of tofu, spicy kimchi,
and pork create a perfect match in this dish. It can be eaten with or
without cooked rice.
