Method :
Put hot pepper paste, sugar, garlic, black
pepper and Asian sesame oil in a bowl. Stir to mix. Chop the pork ribs
between the bones. Add to the sauce and mix well. For the best tasting
Dwaeji-galbi, grill it over charcoal. If you don't have a grill, you can
also pan-fry it and then put it in the oven until fully cooked.
Serves 2
Dwaeji-galbi is a signature dish. It goes
well with any vegetables, but try it with the Lettuce and Scallion Salad.
