Method :
Put eggs and water in a bowl and gently mix
using a whisk. Pour into a pot (use a pot with a thick bottom to avoid
burning). Add scallions, onion, zucchini, salt and black pepper and
briefly mix them. Close the lid and cook over high heat for aout 4
minutes, then another 4-5 minutes on low heat. Best served warm.

Gaeran means
'egg' in Korean. Usually served as a side dish, it is one of the most
common ways of eating eggs in Korean.
