14 ounces boneless prime rib (about 1/4-inch
thick)
1/2 onion, thinly sliced lengthwise
1 scallion, roots trimmed, cut into 2-inch
pieces
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Asian sesame oil
Method :
Put garlic, black pepper, and sesame oil in
a bowl and stir. Add the beef and coat it evenly with the liquid. Add
onion and scallion and briefly mix. Empty the contents of the bowl onto a
frying pan and cook over high heat to desired temperature.
