Ingredients :
3 ounces iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
3 scallions, roots trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces, and then thinly sliced lengthwise
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper powder
1/2 tsp Asian sesame oil
pinch of black pepper
Put the lettuce and scallions in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper powder and sesame oil and toss. Serve as a side dish.
