Ingredients :

12 shucked oysters (fresh or frozen)

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

pinch of salt

1 egg

1/2 scallion, finely chopped into rounds

vegetable oil

Method :

Mix all of ingredients including the oysters. Put vegetable oil on a frying pan over medium heat. Place rounded spoonfuls of the batter onto the pan and cook both sides until brown.
