Pa-Ganghweh (Scallions with Spicy Sauce) Recipes

Ingredients :

7 scallions

 

Sauce -

1 tbsp Korean hot pepper paste (gochujang)

1/4 tsp rice vinegar

1/4 tsp granulated sugar

1 tsp lemon-lime soda

Method :

Sauce - Combine hot pepper paste, rice vinegar, sugar, and lemon-lime soda and stir to mix.

Trim the roots and end of each scallion. Submerge each scallion in boiling water for about 20 seconds and drain. Once the scallions have cooled, make a know with each one. Put them on a serving plate and drizzle on the dipping sauce (or serve the dipping sauce separately).

This quick and easy side dish makes a great appetizer as well.
