Method :
Mix the ground beef, garlic, salt, black
pepper, and 1/2 egg in a bowl. Dust both sides of each sesame leaf with
all-purpose flour and put a thin layer of the beef mix between two leaves.
Dip the stack in the beaten egg and put on a heated frying pan. Add
vegetable oil as needed and cook both sides until brown. Repeat using the
rest of the ingredients.
