Ingredients :
1 tbsp fine hot pepper powder
1 tbsp coarse hot pepper powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp beef broth (or anchovy broth, vegetable broth, or water)
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a plastic container, seal it, and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 3 days before using (can be saved up to 2 weeks).
