Method :
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in
a bowl. Add the beef slices to the bowl and coat them evenly with the
marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 2 hours in the
refrigerator.
To cook the galbi at home, put a little
cooking oil on a frying pan over high heat. Once the frying pan is hot,
cook the beef for about 1 minute per side. Reduce the heat to medium and
cook to desired temperature. Cook the mushrooms and onion and serve along
with the beef.

vegetables. When you are almost done with the meat, they bring out the
cooked rice along with soup or a similar dish. But how you serve it at
