Salmon Saffron Lasagna Recipes

Ingredients :

120gm salmon cube

20gm button mushrooms (cube)

20gm onion cube

20gm carrot cube

20gm celery cube

4 layer lasagna skin

10gm seasoning

50gm mozarella cheese

20gm parmesan cheese

1gm saffron

Bechamel:

150ml fresh milk

30gm butter

30gm flour

Method :

Heat oil. Saute onion, garlic, mushroom, celery and carrot. Add in saffron cream and seasoning. Put aside.

Arrange lasagna skin, put saffron on top of salmon to make three layers. Lastly put bechamel sauce, mozzarella and bake in oven till slightly brown. Garnish and serve.
