Method :
Heat oil.
Saute onion, garlic, mushroom, celery and carrot. Add in saffron cream
and seasoning. Put aside.
Arrange lasagna
skin, put saffron on top of salmon to make three layers. Lastly put
bechamel sauce, mozzarella and bake in oven till slightly brown. Garnish
and serve.
