Method :
Grind
prawns and crabmeat to a fine paste. Combine mixed vegetables, egg
white, cornflour, red chili, salt and pepper to ground mixture. Mix
well. Wrap mixture around stalk end of asparagus. Neaten to form a
drumstick. Arrange on steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes.
To prepare
sauce: Mix all ingredients for sauce and set aside. Serve steamed
asparagus with sauce decorated with orange and cucumber slices.
Serves 4.
