Heat margarine and beef cubes. Add long beans, cauliflower, carrots
and sliced onion. Fry until vegetables are cooked. Mix in tomato sauce and stir well. Season well with pepper, and add salt
and sugar to taste.
Allow the dish to simmer for 10-15
minutes. Remove and serve hot.
