Method :
Cut chicken
fillet into large pieces. Mix in marinade and leave it for 30 minutes.
Trim pandan leaves into 20cm lengths. Roll each piece of chicken with a
length of pandan leaf. Secure the leaf with toothpicks. Deep fry until
done. Serve as snack with sweet and sour chicken sauce. Pandan leaves
give a very nice flavor to the chicken. Choose those fresh ones with
bright color.
