Ingredients :
6 red chilies, roughly chopped
3 cm (1.25 inch) ginger, chopped
4 cloves garlic
150ml (5 fl oz) water
2 tsp salt
5 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sesame oil
Method :
Blend together the chili, ginger, garlic and water. Season to taste with the salt, sugar, lime juice and sesame oil.
