Ingredients :
3 green chillies
2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
Method :
Wipe chillies, remove stems and slice thinly. Remove seeds for milder sambal. Sprinkle salt and sugar onto vinegar, stirring until dissolved. Pour over chilli and stand for at least 3 hours before using.
Serves 3-4
