Method :
Grind dried
chilies, dried fish or shrimp, shallots and salt to a paste. Add
coconut, ground slightly, or desiccated coconut moistened with a little
warm water. Moisten with lemon or lime juice and a little water if
necessary.
Stir well to
thoroughly mix all ingredients. Allow to stand for several hours before
using.
