Malaysia Curry Laksa - Tean's Gourmet Paste

Ingredients :

1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Curry Laksa Paste

1500ml liter boiling water

150ml thick coconut milk (roughly from 1 coconut)

100g fried bean curd

600g yellow noodle

60g bean sprout

4 eggs

some mint leaves

some fish balls

some cooked chicken meats

Method :

1. Mix 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Curry Laksa Paste in 1500ml liter boiling water.

2. Add in 150ml thick coconut milk (from 1 coconut) and 100g fried bean curd. Bring to a quick boil and switch to low heat.

3. Cook 600g yellow noodle and 60g bean sprout in boiled water, divide into 4 portions and put in 4 big bowls. Add in some slices of cooked meats and fish balls, 1 hard-boiled egg and some mint leaves on each bowl of noodle.

4. Add in hot curry laksa soup into the bowl of noodle and serve hot.

Serves 4
