Ingredients :

4 tablespoons
21/2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
1-2
clove garlic, crushed
light soy sauce
lime juice
very finely sliced spring onion
light brown sugar
drops chili sauce
Method :
Mash garlic with a very small pinch of salt. In a small dish, put garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, spring onion and sugar. Add chili sauce to taste. Stir before serving.
Serves 4.
