Onion Sambal

Ingredients :

4 medium onions

2 cloves garlic

1/2 cup white vinegar

2 tsp sugar

Method :

Peal onions and slice thinly. Pull into rings. Crush garlic and sprinkle over onions. Pour on vinegar and dust with sugar. Marinate for at least 15 minutes before serving. Drain off vinegar before serving, if preferred.

Serves 3-4
