Method :
- Grill the shrimp paste until
fragrant.
- Pound the chilies, salt, sugar and
prawn paste until fine.
- Slice the star fruit (belimbing) and mix well
with the ground ingredients, mashing it slightly.
Serves 4 - 6
If you have eaten too much hot food, to
get rid of the sting in your mouth, turn your plate several times until
the sting is gone.
