Moroccan Stew Recipes

finely chopped

apricots
cumin
seeds
clear
honey
orange
juice
flaked
almonds

Method :
- Trim the meat of fat and cut into large pieces.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the onions
and meat.
- Stir in the spices and garlic and mix well.
- Add enough water to cover the meat.
- Simmer, with the lid on, for 11/2
hours.
- Meanwhile, soak the apricots and cumin in the
honey and orange juice.
- When the meat is tender, add the fruit and cook
for another 15 minutes.
- At the same time, fry the almonds in oil to
sprinkle on top of the casserole when serving.
