Ingredients : |

chicken, cut into small pieces
shallots, sliced thinly
red chilies, sliced
lime juice
sugar
thick soy sauce
oil
salt to taste |
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the
shallots until brown.
- Add in the chilies immediately,
followed by the chicken.
- When the chicken is half cooked,
add in sugar.
- Lower the heat and add the thick
soy sauce, lime juice and salt.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Serves 6 - 8
