chicken, cut into small pieces

shallots, sliced thinly

red chilies, sliced

lime juice


thick soy sauce


salt to taste

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the shallots until brown.
  2. Add in the chilies immediately, followed by the chicken.
  3. When the chicken is half cooked, add in sugar.
  4. Lower the heat and add the thick soy sauce, lime juice and salt.
  5. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
