Ingredients :

cuttlefish, cleaned and cut into 2

curry powder

shallots, ground finely

coconut milk, from 1/2 grated coconut



corn flour

oil for deep frying

Method :
  1. Marinate cuttlefish with curry powder, onions, egg, salt and coconut milk for 1 hour.
  2. Add in the cornflour and mix well.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry the cuttlefish until brown and cooked.
  4. Drain well and serve.

Serves 4 - 6
