Method :
- Sprinkle the bean curd sheets with
a little water to soften and then cut into 8 pieces.
- Mix the pork, onions, yam bean,
flour, salt, pepper, eggs and sugar together.
- Spoon out the mixture onto the
bean curd sheets and roll up.
- Deep fry the rolls in hot oil
until dark brown.
- Drain and slice.
- Serve together with bean curd
cakes, cucumber and chili sauce.
