soaked for 4 hours
280ml santan from 200g coconut
1/2 tsp salt
3 pandan leaves
For top layer:
2 eggs
100g granulated sugar
150ml santan from 100g coconut
1 tbsp thick pandan juice
2 pandan leaves
2.5 tbsp plain flour
drops of green coloring
pinch of salt |
