Method : Cut ostrich
fillet into thick strips. Mix in marinade and leave it for 30 minutes.
Stir in egg white to the ostrich. Mix well and then coat with white
sesame seeds. Deep fry in gentle heat until golden. Serve with
mayonnaise or Worcestershire sauce. Ostrich is lean. Add the cooking
soda or meat tenderizer to soften the meat when marinating ostrich.
