Habas con Chorizos Recipe

Ingredients :

350g garbanzos (chick-peas)

250g chorizos sausages

2 red peppers

1 green pepper

3 tomatoes

1 brown onion

2 cloves garlic

25ml vinegar

25ml olive oil

salt to taste

freshly ground black pepper

Method :

Boil the garbanzos until they are cooked but not yet soft.

Cut the sausages into small pieces. Cut the peppers into julienne strips, slice the tomatoes and onion and chop the garlic very finely.

Place into a mixing bowl, add the vinegar and olive oil and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss well before serving.

Serves 4
