cloves garlic, chopped

dried basil
green pepper, sliced into rings
mushrooms, sliced
stuffed green olives, sliced
low fat soft cheese
Cheddar cheese, grated
salt and ground black pepper |
Method :

Grease a baking tray.

Sift together the flour, baking
powder and salt, then add any bran remaining in the sieve and the
herbs.

Mix to a stiff dough with the milk.

Roll out on a lightly floured
surface and shape into a 20 cm round.

Transfer to the baking tray.

Heat the oven to 220oC
(425oF), Gas 7.

Heat the oil in a pan, fry the
onions over moderate heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then
add the garlic and fry for 1 minute more.

Stir in the bran, parsley and one
of the tomatoes and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Spread the onion mixture over the
pizza and sprinkle with the sugar and basil.

Arrange the remaining tomatoes,
green pepper, mushrooms and olives in a pattern on top and season
with salt and pepper.

Cover with small spoonfuls of the
low fat cheese, smooth for 25-30 minutes, until the base has risen
and the topping is brown and bubbling.

Serve very hot.
