Method :

Place the ribs in a large baking dish.

Combine honey, marmalade, tomato
paste, vinegar, garlic, redcurrant jelly and Worcestershire sauce in
a medium saucepan over moderate heat.

Stir until ingredients are well
combines.

Brush ribs with marinade and bake at
180°C for 45 minutes, basting regularly.
