Method :
Put the preserved bamboo shoots,
fish head, pounded ingredients, lemon grass and thin coconut milk in
a pan. The thin coconut milk must cover
the ingredients. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Add salt. Add thick coconut milk and bring
to boil once again. Remove from fire and serve hot
with plain boiled rice.
