Method :

Heat oil in a wok and stir fry
shallots, garlic, ham, rice and ground coriander for 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour in stock and bring to the
boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 20
minutes.

Gently stir in asparagus, peas,
turkey and coriander and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until
heated through, stirring to prevent sticking.

Serve immediately.
