Egg Fried Rice Recipes

Ingredients : |

white rice
eggs,
beaten
vegetable
oil
clove
garlic, chopped
spring
onions, finely chopped
peas,
cooked or frozen and thawed
light soy
sauce
sea salt |
Method :

Cook rice in boiling water for 15
minutes until tender but still firm.

Drain and rinse with boiling water.

In a small saucepan, cook eggs over
moderately low heat, stirring until lightly scrambled.

Remove and keep warm.

In a wok, heat oil, add garlic,
spring onions and peas and stir fry for 1 minute.

Stir in rice to mix thoroughly.

Add soy sauce, eggs and salt.
-
Stir to break up egg and mix
thoroughly.
