Method :

Cook 1/4 cup long-grain rice wit 1.5
cups water till tender; drain.

Drain one 8.75-ounce can apricot
halves reserving 2 tbsp syrup.

Combine reserved syrup, cooked rice, 3
tbsp sweet orange marmalade, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Spoon into 2-cup baking dish; top with
apricots.

Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
