1 1/2 cups
water
1/2 cup
raisins
1 tbsp
nutritional yeast flakes

fresh rosemary or 1/4 tsp dried rosemary

minced garlic

1 cup
white basmati rice
1 small
red bell pepper, sliced into matchsticks
1/2 cup
coarsely chopped walnuts
1 tbsp

Method :

Place the
water, raisins, nutritional yeast, rosemary, garlic, and salt in a 2
quart or larger saucepan and bring to a boil.

Stir in
rice, cover, and simmer until almost all of the liquid has been
absorbed, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove
from heat, stir up the rice so that the drier kernels on top are
mixed with the wetter ones on the bottom. Cover and let stand for 5
minutes.

Stir in
bell pepper, walnuts, and oil, and toss gently until evenly
distributed.
The rice dish
