Method :
Cook the rice and water into a
thick broth. Season with salt to taste. Fry the peanuts and anchovies in
deep oil separately. To serve, put the broth in small
bowls and top with fried peanuts and anchovies. If the broth is not salty enough,
you can also mix in soy sauce.
