Spanish Eggs and Rice Recipes

2 ounces

8-ounce can Spanish rice

eggs

sharp process American cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)

Method :
  1. Spoon rice into 2 individual casseroles.

  2. Make depression in center of rice; carefully break egg into depression.

  3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese around edge of each casserole.

  4. Bake in moderate oven (350) for 20-25 minutes or till eggs are desired doneness.

Serves 2
