Method :
- Remove ice cream from the deep
freeze compartment 20 minutes before hand so that it softens.
- Place water and sugar in a
saucepan over a low heat and stir constantly until it boils and
caramelizes.
- Quickly stir in the breadcrumbs
and spice, then fold in the ice cream.
- Place in freezer trays for 1 1/2
hours.
Freezing time : 1 1/2 hours
Serves 4 - 6
