Method :
Remove ice cream from the deep
freeze compartment 20 minutes before hand so that it softens. Place water and sugar in a
saucepan over a low heat and stir constantly until it boils and
caramelizes. Quickly stir in the breadcrumbs
and spice, then fold in the ice cream. Place in freezer trays for 90
minutes.

: 90 minutes
