Chop Chop Salad Recipes

Method :

  1. Toss together 3 cups thinly sliced Chinese cabbage, 3/4 cup cold cooked rice, 2/3 cup cooked peas, 1 cup diced cooked pork and 1/2 5-ounce can water chestnuts, drained and sliced.

  2. Combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup dairy sour cream, 1/2 tsp celery seed, 1/2 tsp monosodium glutamine, and 1/4 tsp salt; toss with salad.

  3. Chill.

Makes 2-3 main dish salad servings
