Ingredients :

orange juice

lemon juice

seedless grapes

black grapes, seeded

oranges, segmented

apples, cored and sliced

banana, sliced

shelled brazil nuts, halved

Method :
  1. Mix the wine, orange and lemon juice.

  2. Put all the fruit into a bowl, pour on the liquid and chill for several hours.

  3. Stir in the nuts just before serving.

Serves 4

Per Serving : 150 Calories, 3 g fat, 2 g fiber.
