Method :
In a small
mixing bowl, combine vinegar, oil and honey, mixing until well blended.
Combine grapefruit, kiwi, and blackberries in medium bowl. Add
vinaigrette and stir gently to coat fruit well. Arrange field greens on
serving platter and spoon fruit mixture on top. Chill before serving.
Tangy grapefruit, sweet kiwi and juicy blackberries make a marvelous
medley in this colorful summer salad.
