Pork and Pasta Salad Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

lean Diced Pork

olive oil

spiral pasta

sugar snap or snow peas, topped and tailed

fresh asparagus

oranges, peeled and segmented

red capsicum, chopped

 

olive oil

fresh orange juice

freshly chopped coriander

freshly cracked pepper

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan, lightly brown pork, cook for 6-8 minutes. Remove.
  2. Cook pasta in boiling water according to packet.
  3. Drain and place in a large serving bowl.
  4. Gently simmer peas and asparagus or celery for 1-2 minutes, add to pasta with pork, orange and capsicum.
  5. Toss gently with dressing to combine, season with pepper.

Serves 4
