Soya Bean and Bean Sprout Salad Recipes

Ingredients :

Garnish :

15 ml

low fat plain yoghurt

cooked soya beans

fresh bean sprouts

small onion, sliced into rings

red pepper, thinly sliced

salt and ground black pepper

grated rind and juice 1 orange

chopped mint

Method :
  1. Stir the orange rind and juice into the yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Toss together the beans, bean sprouts, onion rings and pepper.

  3. Toss in the dressing, cover and chill.

  4. Serve garnished with the mint.

Serves 4

Per Serving : 9 g fat, 4 g fiber.
