Method :
Dice the
vegetables and place in a large bowl. Make a lot of sauce with the oil,
vinegar, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pour
over the vegetables. Let stand at least overnight in the refrigerator to
let the flavors meld. This salad is to be made without lettuce, and all
of the veggies should be fresh, not canned. Any veggie you want can be
added.
