Ingredients :
4 French shallots, chopped
4-6 small red chilies, deseeded
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
1 lemongrass stalk, chopped
Method :
Prepare spice paste by grinding all ingredients with a mortar with pestle or in a food processor. If using a food processor add a little oil to process.
